Empowering Young Black Men Through Social, Emotional, & Mental Health is a presentation for parents, mentors, youth leaders, educators, and administrators who are looking for practical methods to engage Black male youth. Black male youth are often overlooked and underserved in developing their social identity and emotional wellness. This presentation features research-proven curricula and activities to lower behavior incidents, positively impact emotional wellness, and improve academic persistence in attendance and performance. The presentation is an informative, encouraging, and motivational tool for audiences. The session is important for those who work with black male youth in school, church, sports, or community organizations.
