The session will be structured as a journey with distinct "stops," each addressing key components essential for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. First Stop: Culturally Relevant Teaching Midway Point: Navigating Obstacles and Institutional Barriers Final Destination: Developing Educators' Self-Efficacy Participants will leave the session with a toolkit of strategies to foster educational liberation for Black male students, along with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to creating equitable and inclusive learning environments.
