During this engaging session, we will explore the challenges faced by Black male educators in their pursuit of leadership roles, including systemic barriers and stereotypes. We will also examine Black male educators' essential qualities and skills, which uniquely equip them for leadership positions.
The presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of various leadership avenues within educational institutions, ranging from teachers and assistant principals to principalship. Through real-life success stories and practical insights, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the pathways to leadership and the impact of Black male educators in these roles.
